Within 10 days of delivery:

All bags are inspected and photographed prior to each shipment. Upon receipt of returned goods, Ita Collection reserves the right to deny credit if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. We will accept unworn and undamaged items purchased on ItaCollection.com for a one-time refund (excluding shipping, processing, and handling charges) within 10 days of delivery date. Tags must be attached and merchandise must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. 

We will process your refund within approximately 14 days of receiving your merchandise. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account.
